Welcome to the Franklin Central Supervisory Union (FCSU) and its member schools: Bellows Free Academy Union High School District #48, Northwest Technical Center, Fairfield Center School, St. Albans City School, and St. Albans Town Educational Center; as well as our Early Childhood Program and the Collins Perley Sports Center. As you proceed through our site(s) you will see evidence of a school system in transition. Teaching is no longer the focus of our energies, learning is. Our teaching, ultimately, is only as good as the learning that results, and toward that end we are restructuring and reorganizing to make learning outcomes fixed for all students at all levels.
