Fall Into Fitness

Fall is a great time to develop a routine that will improve your health and fitness through long cold winter. Participants will be coached through a 12 week program that involves a variety of fitness classes, nutritional support, educational seminars and individual and group encouragement.

The program will start October 18 and consists of :

  • Aninitial confidential individual assessment which will include body weight, measurements, body composition and flexibility to create a starting point. Participants will be asked to complete ashort health history and sign an informed consent form to uncover any special exercise modifications that might be necessary and to determine if a physicians release form should be signed. 
  • Nutrition Seminar
  • Goal Setting
  • Unlimited participation in the following classes:
    • Yoga: Monday 6:00am - 6:45am
    • Zumba:(w/Amy) Monday and Wednesdays, 4:30pm – 5:30pm
    • BootCamp: Tuesday 4:30pm - 5:30pm
    • CardioSculpt: Wednesday 6:00am – 6:45am, Thursday 4:30pm – 5:30pm
  • Weekly Weigh-Ins
  • Final assessment to determine positive changes over duration of program
  • Cost $50.00 $25 ... Path is footing the bill for half!!!
